Canyon Flow | Tanque Verde Falls
(in collaboration with Do Yoga Outside)

A few months out of the year do our desert canyon river beds flow with water and we had to bring you guys out to enjoy it!
After a hike down into the canyon, we did yoga on the desert beach, adjacent to the flowing water surrounded by majestic saguaros and towering canyon walls!
For this one we partnered up with Do Yoga Outside, a company out of Bend, Oregon that offers similar outdoor yoga experiences in Oregon and beyond!
Make sure to look them up if you are ever out in the PNW!
After class we took a brisk cold dip in the snowmelt water and enjoyed some snacks around a fire.
